Welcome to Fitness Friday Linky Party!

It seems in the blog world, and the ‘outside’ world, we are all trying to do better.

Training. Eating right. F45 challenges, going on retreats, training for half marathons, meditating more, on a health kick after holidays, and trying to fit in working out more with a sedentary (desk) lifestyle.

Over the last year blogging, I have realised that myself and Sanch over at Living my Imperfect Life, are twins!

We are ALSO on a health kick of sorts. So we decided start FITNESS FRIDAY.

This is a link up party where we are ALL responsible for tracking our own goals each month and have an opportunity to share with others who are on the same path.

About me… I am on a plan doing F45 and training for a half marathon with the goal to buy new jeans for summer and feel great in my bikini again (at the age of 34.) I have not been 100% committed I admit but I am making some considerable changes. Alcohol has been reduced, cheat meals have been planned for, training has been consistent. I haven’t weighed in as this makes me a little crazy but I am noticing less muffin top, more room in my jeans and a faster running pace and faster recovery six weeks in. (I even got a ‘you have lost weight comment from my Mum who is a harsh critic.)

So we invite you on the first Friday of every month to join our party and link with a post relating to your goals.

Here are the rules of participation (fun ones of course!)

1. The link will be open for one week from the first Friday of every month (closing at midnight the following Thursday.) It will alternate being hosted by me and Sanch@LivingmyImperfectLife. 

2. You can link to your fitness/wellbeing related post within the last month. Be CREATIVE HERE PEOPLE!

Whether your goal is to run around the block, meditate daily or eat more greens, if it is related to your health and wellbeing then link it!

3. If you join our party you must comment on one other blog and share one post that you like among your networks.

4. You must link to My Meow and Living my Imperfect Life for Fitness Friday at the bottom of your post.
